YVES DUBOIN - saxes, flute, percussion, vocals

Born in Paris, Yves studied at the Alan Silva Jazz Institute and at the Paris Conservatory, while playing in various jazz and folk music ensembles. After moving to New York in the early 1980s, he received his master’s degree in electronic music from NYU, and studied with jazz greats Steve Lacy and Karl Berger. He was a member of the Indonesian music group Gamelan Son of Lion, and along with Greg plays in the avant-garde band Doctor Nerve.
